Have you ever worked as a contract Staff for a bank or agency before? Kindly share your experience and advice for anyone that wants to take up such job.

You can leverage on contract job to be converted to permanent staff especially if you are still young with good academic records and skills acquisition.

Assuming you are given a contract job with shell or Chevron or Mobil etc where the pay is bogus , won't you accept it.

It's not all contract jobs that are bad or good, it limits one career Growth in an organization though you will acquire more working experience which is a plus for you in getting another job.

Every contract staff should know their job is not secured.
Once the organization decides to outsource the contract to another company, your employment will be terminated without reasonable compensation.
