My ac stopped working and it’s major work . Have to change condenser and compressor. So in meantime I need to keep car cool in this heat. Do they sell portable air conditioning for cars ? Please recommend

No. There are some portable craps they called USB air-conditioners. But they are just usb fan.

The air conditioner load cannot be run by usb or car battery. That's why car AC uses a compressor attached to your engine. The engine power is what is needed to pull the load. You can get a fan instead
