El Elohe Yahshrael!

Deut 6: 6 These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. 7 Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.

What Commandments?


Deut 5: 7 “You shall have no other gods before me.

8 “You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. 9 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, YHVH your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, 10 but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments.

11 “You shall not misuse the name of YHVH your God, for YHVH will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.

12 “Observe the Sabbath day by keeping it holy, as YHVH your God has commanded you. 13 Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 14 but the seventh day is a sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your male or female servant, nor your ox, your donkey or any of your animals, nor any foreigner residing in your towns, so that your male and female servants may rest, as you do. 15 Remember that you were slaves in Egypt and that YHVH your God brought you out of there with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm. Therefore YHVHyour God has commanded you to observe the Sabbath day.

YHVH your God has commanded you, so that you may live long and that it may go well with you in the land YHVH your God is giving you.

17 “You shall not murder.

18 “You shall not commit adultery.

19 “You shall not steal.

20 “You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.

21 “You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife. You shall not set your desire on your neighbor’s house or land, his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.”


Only those who have the Commandments of YHVH Almighty, the one and only true God, the Creator of the heavens and everything in them, the earth and everything in and on it and the seas and everything in them, will overcome Satan, the demons and their ways.

So, what are you, parents, impressing on your children?

Ephesians 6: 10 Finally, be strong in YHVH and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of YHVH, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.


Only those who have the Commandments of YHVH Almighty impressed on their hearts will be able to take their stand against the devil's schemes. For it is only with obedience to the Commandments of YHVH Almighty will they be able to recognize the devil's schemes.

May our Father in heaven, YHVH Almighty, continue to give us, his saints, servants, followers and messengers, the wisdom and knowledge and strength and power to traverse the righteous path that he has marked out for us.
