What was it when you went there? .... an office building? ... was it fairly occupied?.. or was like a ghost building? ... was there a/c? ... was it well lit? ... did you use the washroom? ... was there good water flow? ... well maintained? .... what floor did you visit? ... how was elevator service? ...out of 10 ... how would you rate the building?

As the headline says .... I believe this was constructed with the priority that it must be the tallest building... nothing else matters. Maintenance of this building will require a fortune. Glass panels missing.... what else? A/c has to be running 24/7 ... is it? We just don't like to be humble ... what we do must always be about the size ... not quality. How can you promote a university and say very little about the fields of study... quality of education ... fees ... studies etc?
Some of you can be so negative in life even on top another person's money. How do you expect positive energy to locate you in life, the best you get is Nairaland likes then crawls back to your dark room. So in your "wisdom" the only reason this was built was to prove a point?

This was formerly and hospital building that his kinsmen refused to patronize because they claimed the man is an OSU born. Now he's metamorphosed it into a university. Something he should have built where responsible and forward thinking people would appreciate it. Imagine calling a fellow man an OSU and for that reasons refusing to use a facility he built for free for them.

Keep celebrating mediocrity among your people while all the other people living you behind

You sound so bitter and deluded ...is your state more educated than Anambra?

Anambra is obviously the best state when it comes to education in Nigeria, from Winning international awards, lowest out of school kids, highest primary and secondary enrollment, highest school completion, highest cut off marks....even the recent Data from NBS regarding university courses admission, Anambra ranked very top.
So far education is concerned, Imo state is the only state that can compete with Anambra.

I wish my state and our government will emulate Anambra model in education, because the state is doing wonders.

Ibos like celebrating mediocrity.
One structure university is a spectacular thing in their eyes.

Have you been to Afe Babalola University?

You people are so insecure .

Cambridge and Oxford are just in two buildings in a piece of land.

It's of no use wasting community lands
