Tony Elumelu a renown business mogul has confirmed that himself and other Nigerian wealthy business tycoons has been approached by the Minister of sport to purchase some football clubs in the Nigerian Premier League.

He made this comment via his X handle in reaction to a tweet that says Nigerian Business men should engage in clubs ownership.

" The Sports Minister, Senator John Enoh @OwanEnoh, is already thinking along this line and has approached me and we are already evaluating viability."
