As the only Nigerian airline that goes to the UK, Air Peace should be supported by everyone - Government and citizens.

All the foreign airlines want to do is to competitively price out AirPeace from that route and revert back to their humongous price tickets.

Tunda faya all of them

This is an indication of what I have been saying.

Air Peace came in and reduced FAREs and the Monopoly enjoyed by other airlines was scattered.

Instead of people to be happy and appreciate a business man that dared the Monopoly of all these foreign Airlines that rob NIGERIAN citizens blind. They are supporting the foreign Airlines above their own NIGERIAN counterpart. Is it because he is IGBO?

Imagine Dangote, a known capitalist that kills his fellow country men floats an Airline. His prices will be more than the foreign Airlines sef. This Dangote will be praised by the Loyalist from the region of OWAMBE crusaders. grin

As for Air Peace, sensible NIGERIANs will stand behind you and give you support. Lets see how the foreign Airlines will maintain their dubious activities.

NIGERIAN Government should give Air Peace a better deal so that he grows. If not let IGBOs have their BIAFRA so NIGERIANs will have their AIR NIGERIA and foreign Airlines to contend with

Na WA!

Airlines business is not a profitable business . No serious businessman is into aviation business. As said by someone " no top 100 billionaire in the world is into aviation business" it's all fancy and glamour with no profitability or liquidity.

Since it is a very low margin business... volumes and routes are key . That's why having a national carrier is most.

We also need competition in local flights. It is currently too pricey and these guys are cheating customers. How can a flight of less than one hour to the east be #500k during festive season. That is devilish.

Just imagine one man enters a market and price gets crashing

It's they are able to take Air peace out it would be disastrous cos they will recoup all money lost

Imaging charging a price below operational cost what then are you leveraging on it's simple support from their countries

Nigeria should give Air peace a leverage here in it country so they continue to thrive also we should value our own and patronize our own

Imagine amounts saved

Fly Air Peace
Patronize Nigeria
Buy made in Nigeria
It's now Nigeria for Nigerians

Allen Onyema has done his own let's encourage him with all support needed as a Nigerian to Succeed

This foreign airline that made me travel all the way to Cotonou before I could board a flight going to London for 450k
while Nigeria was showing 1.2m to 1.5m that was last year.

I kept on asking why is it like this? The Cotonou airport self is not that busy na we Nigerians come make am busy.. More than half of the plane na Naija full am.

This foreign airline are very wicked, heartless as they said their money was trapped in Nigeria that was why they had to charge Nigerians 3 times what other African countries pay.

Government need to ensure that they are taxed heavily, then reduce tax for airspeace to be able to compete better with them

It was Buhari government that caused it

He was just uninterested

So they did anyway they wanted

What was Airpeace expecting ? I'm sure Onyema was not expecting an easy ride of Goat meat peppersoup, Afang soup with Pounded Yam.

There is competition and politics in aviation just like every other business. I expect Airpeace to explore their competitive advantages. Especially linking the London flights with local flights to various domestic Airports in Nigeria. Such that passengers can board from Kano, Abuja, Enugu, Anambra, PH etc with a seamless luggage transfer at Lagos Airport.

They were not trying to be competitive, they were simply trying to set a trap for Nigerian, same scenario have played out with arik in the past, Nigerian are the ones that bare the brunt

The foreign airlines conspired to push out arik from UK route and as soon as they achieved it they overinflated their price thereby running a group monopoly, same is what they want to do with air peace unless we Nigerian are too dull to see

As soon as the United foreign airlines successfully push out air peace they will take their price back to 3m for economy, how can the price of Nigeria to London be twice the price of Accra to London, is the distance twice far?

Those foreign airlines are running a united monopoly and fortunately for them Nigerian through tribalism are enabling them

In 3 years time when air peace is finally sent packing expect Nigeria-UK tickets to be around 5m while Ghana is less than 1m

Brother we still have a long way to go.. this is a country where both the politicians and the citizens are the problem altogether. Greed and selfishness is the order of the day.

Even local flights are not affordable for the common man any longer. One way flights costing mainly not less than a 100k plus charges and the rest is it everyone that can afford that? Everybody now wants to skyrocket goods and say its dollar and they think they are being sharp.

It's not just Nigeria through tribalism

It's more about Nigerians don't know what is quality

They have a very poor choice in selection of things

There own is just money, money money

If you offer them poor quality service
They don't/won't complain

They just accept it like that

And that's what exactly same mechanism those in authority are employing to them

They give very poor governance dividends
Nigerians just accept it like that

That's why honestly
Nigeria's Development is very far away

Travel overseas
See the quality of products, goods and services
Being delivered in other Nations

Compare it to what's being done here

The painful thing is that it's also cutting
Life spans short
People just die anyhow because of poor quality of things

There's is a very big pandemic going on here
People don't even know what enjoying quality Life means at all

It's very pathetic

In conclusion
I so much believe the illiteracy level in Nigeria is very high

There's so much illiteracy and unawareness

The solution will be
Value adding, real solution providing quality companies like air peace rising up to the challenges

Showing Nigerians differences can be made
Showing Nigerians what quality is actually really about
