Report says Cameroonian government has deployed about 10 warships to the maritime border of Bakassi Peninsula to eliminate Pro Biafra separatist fighters, following attacks on ALF Energy. This is coming days after the Black Marine launched two separate bomb attacks on Nigeria's Universal Energy. Report also claimed that the Black Marine has recaptured administrative council of Bakassi, though this claim has been refuted by authorities. 1 Like

The separatists in that area are anglophone Cameroonians (aka the Ambazonian rebels) that are clamoring for the creation of Ambazonia which consists of the Northwest Region and Southwest Region of Cameroon. |
