All these useless paid opay agent up there..... You think serious biznes minded people use opay? You must be daft..... Keep fooling yourselves

Exactly bro. Opay and co should be used only with transactions involving paltry sums. I sent 15k last 3 weeks to someone and uptil now opay has neither refunded me nor credited the person.

Personally any transaction with 50k and above, opay and co is out. I'll rather use traditional banks and every serious business person should do likewise.

Just see the power of Fintech. OPAY without a single physical branch is the biggest bank.

Some people need to go back to school for most of the comments above. sick

It was clearly stated that the list is by valuation but people are asking the reason some banks are included and keep saying they're not good enough to be there.

Opay remains undefeated.

All these mushroom banks like GTbank, Firstbank, Eco bank, etc shouting swallow their pride and emulate Opay.

Opay is best and stronger than all banks in Nigeria

Say whaaat? 3 fvcking weeks. Have you tried contacting customer care? shocked you are supposed to contact customer care within 3 working days maximum of failed transaction for them to trace the transaction & rectify the problem.

All the time l had problem with bank , crediting SB and person no alert, l Marched straight to the physical banking hall nearest branch close to my local government in my state, to complain & it was rectified within days.
3weeks of unsuccessful hanging transaction don pass to carry mat & pillow go their lag head office complain . If U Not in lag,or Abuja otilo

Opay doesn't have outlets nor multiple staff to pay salaries..... Topping the list ...

Very impressive....

Yet they provide speedy services. They pay huge numbers to their tech gurus all around the world to provide and ensure quality services. All these conventional banks are slow Pokes thus giving room for Fintech banks to overtake them easily

I don't know what GT bank is doing there by the way.
First bank should be second to none.
Any other bank listed there shouldn't be trusted.

Are you sure you read the thread before commenting??

Market Valuation is not level of service.

The money you deposited inside a bank is no its valuation.

valuation is the market worth of a company, this includes:

1: Goodwill
2: Assets
3: Cash
4: Equity

Opay is low budget bank and cannot be in the class of Access and Zenith. Only the greedy dey use opay grin grin wetin be opay without fast interest, zero transfer and awuf airtime and data bonus.
Can you put your lifesaving on Opay?

Don't mind them.

Opay is valued at $2b because it got funding of $200m or so from some new investors.

It's an overvalued bank.many
flntech companies are uslually overvalued. That's the strategy for investors in venture capital industry to cash out in the long term.
