Job Title: Community Associate

Our community associate will work with the team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the workspace, create innovative & exciting methods to engage and manage the Hub Community as well as responsible for building and nurturing our community, ensuring members have an exceptional experience.

As the community associate, you are responsible for managing, improving, and leveraging relationships within the space.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills, great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community

Responsibilities

In summary, you are expected to:

Identify, Plan and Organise regular community initiatives that will keep the community engaged and enhance member experience.
Encourage active participation and cultivate relationships in the coworking community through consistent communication and engagement initiatives.
Manage the physical space of the community to fit its purpose & users while working with the rest of the team to ensure coworking space is well-maintained, organized
Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, needs, and feedback, ensuring swift issue resolution.
Maintain accurate data entry.
Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the sense of belonging among members.
Identify and leverage member talents and expertise to facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Understand & amplify the total customer experience (Create a sense of community among members).
Create a welcoming environment in a friendly, patient and professional manner.
Develop clear, actionable strategies around KPIs and how to achieve them.
Implement effective sales techniques, handle inquiries, conduct tours, and negotiate contracts to convert leads into memberships.
Coordinate other support personnel & staff/team.
Support marketing efforts by creating and curating content for social media, newsletters, and the website.
Build relationships with existing and potential customers, industry professionals, and the media.
Stay up-to-date on new products, features, and trends
Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements

Our ideal applicant should possess the following Skills:

Little or great experience launching community initiatives
Willing to learn.
Good command of basic IT packages such as MS Office. We will teach you the rest.
Very Social, Outgoing and Loves People
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, resourceful and innovative with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to change
Must live within Festac, Mile 2, Ago, Tradefair , Satellite Town, Amuwo-Odofin Axis
Fluent in both oral and written English.
Basic Hands-on with social media
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Previous experience in community management, customer service, or hospitality is a plus
