FACILITY MANAGER
• Job Type: Full Time
• Experience 3 - 5YRS EXPERIENCE
• Location: Ikeja Golf Club, GRA, Ikeja
• Job Field: Administration


Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any field of Facility Management
• Three to five years of professional facility manager experience with at least two of those years at the Controller level or equivalent in club operation.
. Overseeing contracts and providers for services including Security, Cleaning, Catering, Technology, etc
. Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, and security
'. Ensuring that basic facilities such as water, generators, and use of electricity are well maintained.
. Budget management and cost-effectiveness
. Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies, waste disposal, to meet safety and club's standard
. Overseeing the club's projects, renovations, procurements, installations, and certifications.
. Supervise all staff facilities staff (cleaners, security, and club vendors)
.Must have a good knowledge of information technology
.Lightning, plumbing, and electrical inspections

Salary is between 120,000 and 150,000
Remuneration Package plus Other Conditions of Service
