Oga when the economy is bad some people flourish

I’m some people

Imagine selling $20k by February 29th for 38million naira

Only to sell that same $20k two weeks ago for 22million

Don’t tell me the purchasing power reduced

Land wey you buy 10 million when dollar was 1900 is will still be sold 10million when dollar came down to 1100

Where on earth do people pray that their countries currency depreciates , so that they can make money out of it...mention one country.... Nigerians are truly abnormal people ....

I repeat again, appreciating downwards to N1000.

The context is clear for the educated and ambiguous to the academically challenged.

Since they all claimed to have restocked when dollar was 1900 then make them maintain same price now that dollar is going back like who drink viagra

Nope.

Even during the days when we refined most of the fuel we used in Nigeria, naira was still falling vs dollar.

Our naira is hooked up to price of crude oil. That is why it is falling and rising.

No oil producer has a strong currency. Saudi that appears to have one uses billions to hide the cracks so to speak. Billions of dollars. Infact in one year they spent 100 bn dollars just to keep their currency strong. Yes their finance ministry had severe palpitations and fainting lol.

Do what the developed countries and china do, and we go see strong currency
