What about Mr. Know-it-All, Reno Omokri who claimed the Naira massively appreciated because he convinced most Nigerians to shun foreign products and solely patronize locally made ones?!!
he made fool of himself.

this problem can be solved within 2 years if we pay attention to agriculture.

The government should disburse grants to farmers nationwide and setup committee to monitor the grant beneficiaries.

by next harvest, food will be plentiful and their will be food surplus.

Are you talking about farmers that have abandoned their farms due to insecurity ?

It must return to where APC accused GEJ administration. Bunch of evil people. They just came and took away the comfort Nigerians were enjoying.

Provided that there is 65 billion dollars in the foreign reserve, that was the amount that Jonathan meet in the foreign reserve. Jonathan wasted 35 billion dollars to defend the naira. He meet dollar at #150 and left it at #250 after wasting 35 billion dollars in less that 6 years.

NIGERIA GOVERNMENT CURB CORRUPTION AND THE HIGH COST OF GOVERNANCE.

Crude oil money and excessive borrowing from external body will not save the Nigerian naira or the economy.

FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT go and face AGRICULTURE.

Until the Federal and state government priotize Agriculture as it is being practised in Israel.

Nigeria people will continue to suffer a harsh economy that is getting worse by the day.

Again I urge the federal government to end insecurity in Nigeria and priotize Agriculture.

It will appreciate back to 950 before ending of next month.

I doubt that

Next month is MPC meeting of CBN

Unless they announce a reduction in interest rate, 950 seems impossible

They have exhausted all their artificial ammunition

Best advice

Especially state govt and local govt

If we can reduce food price, most citizens will be happy and unconcerned with dollar rate.

The way they grabbed the votes, snatched it, and ran away with it...that was how they scammed Nigerians and told them to sell their dollars and FX investments now they have also snatched it and ran away with it. 😁😁
Nobody grab your votes, South East did not vote for Tinubu. Why didn't Tinubu grab votes in the 5 south Easter state. You can only rig in a place that you are popular. If you have 100 people in a polling both and about 95 people voted against You, tell me how You are going to rig there. It was grace and destiny that put Tinubu on that seat,if Obi had stayed back in PDP,he wouldn't have divided the PDP votes. Naturally,South East votes is for PDP not APC.

maybe Bloomberg report was right afterall, I think the govt is using our foreign reserve to stabilize the naira.

So you thought Bloomberg was lying abi. You chose to believe APC govt. Next time believe them again. Don't be deceived, Naira can never gain against the dollar until you deal with the following: Stop insecurity by Fulani terrorists so farmers can produce and have excess to export) ; move the country towards a production economy ( this includes providing steady power supply); stop or at least reduce stealing by the govt officials; stop crude oil theft. As long as these four factors continue unabated, Nigeria is going no where. Naira artificial "gain" against the dollar no dey last coz it's not real.

In thesame sentence you are accusing everyone. Cuz top politicians across the board constitute less than 2% of the populations but then we have ordinary citizens who are rich business men who also send their children over there for schooling or ordinary citizen travelling out with lot of resources while blaming nigeria as the problem. At what point do we realize that this is a collective effort. While we blame politicians we do similar at our level. At the first site of money, The average Nigeria. Is thinking of sending his child abroad for schooling or traveling there himself.

The difference is dollars that was made with productivity and also spent with productivity, what did the politician produce or offer as service compared to a business man....

The major problem is getting and spending without value for it and that comes most from the politicians in large volume....

How can you tell a private citizen how to spend his money he earned legitimately by offering a service or producing ?

Can you say the same for the politicians?

You guys just come out to defend nonsense....

He never had any magic wand. He was busy deceiving us by depleting the foreign reserve all to shore up the failure. Ha e you ever wondered why the naira was having arbitrage and wasn't reflecting in the prices of food commodities and others locally? Na film trick. I dey laugh. We are in very deep inflation comrade.

It's Nigeria to be a producing economy..more exportation and less Importation and valuing and patronizing what we have in the country that will sustainably appreciate the naira against the dollars permanently and for a very long time...all this what Tinubu , APC, Central bank of Nigeria are trying to do to appreciate the naira against the dollars is not sustainable but just temporary and not the solution
