Do you know that behavioral disorders such as mental illnes, can manifest in regular people?

this is even more pronunced in countries where standard of living is low, such as nigeria where citizens are experiencing hardship on a daily

one of such "mental disorders that exhibits itself in everyday situations, without the victim being labelled as insane; is BIPOLAR

Have you Ever Come across Someone with Bipolar?

Celebrities like Kanye West and Mariah Carey have raised awareness to a particular behavioral disorder called Bipolar, by talking openly about thier challenges

*So what is Bipolar?*

When someone experiences high's; like feeling really happy and energetic, and then momentary lows, like switching to being really sad and tired

That person could likely be considered Bipolar.

_Or perhaps those could be feelings you experience too but you feel_ them really, really strongly. Like, ~REALLY~ strongly.
And You can't seem to control the intense emotions.
You are probably Bipolar too!

👉Let's take Kanye West for instance. A Famous artist famous for his several controversy.

when he is busy making music or designing new apparel. He feels 'unstoppable' like he can do anything.

But sometimes, he feels really sad and tired, like when he's struggling with his finances, marriage and relegious beliefs. He breaks down, evident in his manic episodes.

The means Kanye's reaction to change/challenges is hard for him to control.

Here is an everyday Example of someone with Bipolar:

Dotun withdraws from social activities, feels exhausted, and loses interest in his favorite sport. He struggles to get out of bed and has a hard time concentrating at work.
