The Business Product team has come up with a new IoT product that can detect potholes when connected to city buses. Our Project Management Office has been tasked with the responsibility to get this new product to market within the next 90 days. This product introduces a new operations team previously never included but who provides on-site implementation & technical support. As a business analyst, you will be working with a Program Manager and Project Manager.
Please present your organized thoughts in a presentable format as follows, to demonstrate business readiness:
1) Describe what and how you would prepare for this project.
2) Provide an action plan of activities you will need to accomplish
3) Identify potential risks and what are your mitigation plans
4) Provide examples of the process maps explaining the end to end process that would standardize how the product is delivered to a customer, plus any additional outputs.
