How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

The gifts of the Spirit likened to the filament (the thread inside bulbs) in this context, is always enclosed in the bulb, but that is what gives the light.

Just like the filament, the gifts of the Spirit are not physically seen on the believer as a garment, but when the anointing comes, they begin to manifest in the life of that believer and changes his/her story.

Then, the earlier unnoticed, mocked, and abandoned fellow suddenly becomes the focus of many.

Beloveth child of God, the hour cometh and now is; when the new generation, they that seek the Lord out of a pure heart shall be anointed to go out and start doing good like our Captain Jesus Christ.
