Social Media Leverage For Marketing: Part 1 - Understanding The Basics by JaminYC(m): 1:47pm On May 07
Greetings to all the readers out there! My name is Prince Benjamin. I'm a multifaceted digital professional with expertise in content creation, affiliate marketing, and digital marketing.
Today, I am excited to share with you some valuable insights on how to effectively use social media leverage to achieve your marketing and business goals.

This course is part of a series on social media marketing, designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to leverage social media for your marketing and business goals.

WHAT IS SOCIAL LEVERAGING?
Social leveraging is a popular term that most of us might have come across, but only a few of us are aware of what it means and how it works. Therefore, I will start by explaining the difference between online and offline social leveraging.

ONLINE SOCIAL LEVERAGING:
Social leverage online can be referred to as social media marketing. It's the use of social media platforms to connect with your audience, build relationships, and ultimately achieve your marketing and branding goals.

OFFLINE SOCIAL LEVERAGING:
There isn't a single, universally recognized term for social leverage done offline. However, several concepts achieve similar outcomes:

Networking: Building relationships with people in your industry or community through face-to-face interactions at events, conferences, or casual gatherings.

Public speaking: Establishing yourself as an authority on a topic by giving presentations or talks at industry events or local meetups.

Community involvement: Building trust and credibility by volunteering your time or expertise to organizations or causes you care about.

I hope this course provided a strong foundation for understanding social media leveraging. In the next course in this series, we'll delve deeper into crafting a social media strategy to achieve your marketing goals.
