One of the leading sports betting companies, is expanding its team and currently seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Cash Desk Operator and Branch manager.
As a CASH DESK OPERATOR you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch, providing excellent customer service and assisting with bets acceptation.
As a BRANCH MANAGER, you will be in charge of the cash desk operator team and ensure the smooth running of the branch, you will deal with daily operational tasks and be the communication link between the head office and the branch. This position brings with it responsibility and, at the same time, higher financial remuneration.
๐Ÿ”น Position: Cash desk operator/Branch Manager
๐Ÿ”น Previous experience in the betting industry preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.
๐Ÿ”น Location: Multiple locations all over the Lagos available
๐Ÿ”น Type: Full-time
๐Ÿ”น Compensation: above-standard financial evaluation, wages start at 100,000 per month + HMO + pension + 13th salary

Key responsibilities:
๐Ÿ”ธ Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their betting inquiries and transactions.
๐Ÿ”ธ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies at all times.
๐Ÿ”ธ Monitor betting activities and create detailed reports on activities and transactions.
๐Ÿ”ธ Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

Requirements:
๐Ÿ”น Computer literacy, keyboarding required
๐Ÿ”น Moral integrity, responsibility, willing to fast learn and continually educate yourself
๐Ÿ”น Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
๐Ÿ”น Applicants must possess a smartphone for communication purposes and should have basic computer literacy, including typing skills or the ability to use a computer proficiently.
๐Ÿ”น Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
๐Ÿ”น Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
