That's four league titles in a row for Pep Guardiola's men Manchester City lifted their fourth consecutive Premier League title on Sunday, becoming the first team in the league's history to do so after a 3-1 win against West Ham United. The champions entered the final day of the season in need of a win because of the two-point lead over Arsenal, and so they got off to a strong start with Phil Foden's brace in the first 18 minutes. Mohammed Kudus got one back for West Ham just before halftime but Rodri's second-half goal sealed the deal for Pep Guardiola's side. Arsenal finished in second place, two points behind City after a surprise come-from-behind victory over Everton. Idrissa Gueye scored first for the Toffees in the 40th minute before Takehiro Tomiyasu equalized just three minutes later. The Gunners failed to capitalize on several opportunities in the second half before Kai Havertz scored the game-winner in the 90th minute. A fourth straight title win continues City's era of dominance in the Premier League, winning six out of the last seven titles and maintaining their constant position as the favorites to do so year in and year out.
