Accenture V Phillips Consulting: Which Is A Better Career Option? by shermawood(f): 9:25am On Sep 25, 2007
Hello people,

My good friend- a 1st class graduate is being hunted by Phillips and Accenture. Me myself, Im trying to get into accenture, but havent done their aptitude test yet. I dont know what to tell him except that maybe accenture is better career-wise. I think Phillips is an indigenous firm. Pls help with more information! Also what are the salaries like for entry level? Are they the same?

Hi Emma!!!

Thats like asking which is better between Amala and apple pie. Amala any day 4 me, but those who like applie pie like it. It depends on what you want really. Phillips is better for career advancement I think. Accenture have the name, clout, stability because of international affiliation, and ofcourse pay better! Phillips pays 150k/ month while Accenture is I think about 180k entry level.

Heard of people leaving Phillips for Accenture but scarcely heard of people leaving Accenture for Phillips so u may want to check that one out. But why r u looking for a job btw I will tell!!!! grin
