this is an enticing advertisement.i don't think you should discourage people willing to go for the seminar.i'm quite familiar with the company that owns the link you just provided,they also conduct seminar for people regularly and their fee is 25,000 naira.if there site is that self-explanatory and comprehensive,they shouldn't be doing that.if you doubt me,go and look for punch newspaper of september 10,you will find their advert there, they just conducted a seminar at ikeja on september 15.
