I travelled recently from Cross River state down to Oyo State. Through out the journey, there where police check-points on the way like three to four in each state but all got worse when I left Ondo state and came into my state(Osun State). From one check point, you can easily see the next one right ahead of you and they were all busy collecting their normal "roger". I tried counting but in less than 20 minutes journey I got tired. This makes me to wonder, is it that the corruption in Nigeria Police also depend on state?
