1) Uche Okafor:
The Nigerian footballer was murdered on the 6th day of January.
He was aged; 43 years
2) Olubayo Adefemi:
The footballer died of a car accident on April 18th.
3) Asley Nwosu:
His sad event occured on  April 20th.
4) Echendu Adiele:
The 32 years old footballer died on 18th June,
5) Christy Essien Igbokwe:
50 years old song writer and singer died on June 30th.
6) Alhaji Mustafa Baale:
The former member of the Borno State Legislative Assembly and ANPP leader was the care-taker of Jere LGA until he was a victim of the 3rd July supected BokoHaram attack that claimed 8 lives in Borno.
7) Chief Al-Mustain Abaniwonda:
The Lagos-East Senetorial district candidate was aged 56 when he met his waterloo on July 2011.
& Chief Edwin Ume-Ezeoke
Former speaker of the House of Reps died on the first day of August.
9) Sam Loco Efe:
The veteran Nollywood mogul actor died on the 7th of August in his hotel room at Imo Hotels.

10) Hon Lawan Yarayi:
The council chairman of Kukawa LGC was Killed by suspected Boko Haramers at his compound on 3rdAugust.
11) Gerakdine Ekeoch:
Gerald, the NollyWood star died on September 3rd.
12) Obiajulu Nwaozor (MC Loph):
Song: writer, singer, producer died along the Benin-Ore Express Road in a fatal accident claiming the life of his sister along on September 14th.
13) Alex Ibru:
The publisher of the Guardian News & former minister of internal affairs died on Nov 20th.
14) Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegu Ojukwu:
The Biafran warlord died of stroke on 25 Nov ember.
15) Chief Hon Ogbe Onokpite:
He was the candidate of the Citizens Peoples Party in the Delta State 2007 & 2011 guber elections. He was shot dead on 26th November by the NPF.
16) Yasmin El-Rufai:
The eldest daughter of Nasir El-Rufai died in london of Neurological disorder.

17) Aruwa Ameh:
The Nigeria Premier League 2007 top scorer died after suffering from paralysis while under medical care at Kaduna Central Hospital.
18) Sunday Bada:
The Nigerian former Olympic Silver medalist and technical director of the Athletics Federation of Nigeria{AFN} slumped and died at the National Stadium in Lagos on 12th December, was 42 years old,
19) George Onah:
The vanguard correspondent died on December 16 on his matrimonial bed.
20) David Albashi:
He was involved in an accident on 28 August & died in a German Hospital on 3rd November. Until death, he was the Gombe State deputy governor.
