Most of our foods in Nigeria are largely carbohydrate with little protein, the only way to maintain a good balance diet is to supplement with nutritional products. Even when you have vegetables product which are not good for consumption because they're not allow to reap before plucking them.You can see more of this products at Green world. |

We still balance a lil. . . At least by eating yam and egg, the yam got CHO, while the egg has protein, fat and a lil vitamin. . . You top it with water. |
