1.Good Dreamweaver knowledge
2.Good Fireworks knowledge
3.Good Photoshop knowledge
4.Good CSS and DIVS knowledge
5.Good in Flash Animation

Flash knowledge will be and advantage

WEB EASY PROFESSIONAL, ETC.
