There is this advert on the radio and online about a Lekki Gardens Phase II Estate.

Do you have any info on this? Is it legit and do the developers (GTRich Investments) have a record of timely delivery and integrity ?

Hi Lawyer,

I wish to say thank u for ur numerous mails.

Pls I saw a land which I want to buy, my brother has gone to check it and says it's OK physically. I now called the agent and asked him about the Survey Plan, Deed of Assignment he said "there's none, it's a community land and virgin that l'll be the first person to own it, so I shd come with a Surveyor to get it surveyed and I make the payment".

Is it advisable to buy this type of land?

this is a written agreement between the assignee/assignor(buyer/seller) prepare by a lawyer, duly signed by both parties.
