a female nigerian research student scored 100% in the Ph.D placement at howard universtity in the U.S.A

the V.C of the school said it was the first time that a feat like that is achieved in the over 100 years of the school's history

I congratulate her for this achievement. Nigerians are good if given the opportunity our problem is corruption.
