Am not trying to throw you under the bus but why cant you answer a simple question , is it water logged? in business you have to be transparent so that buyers will know what they are getting into. (there is no softer pillow like a clear conscience)

@ seun, oga you should know that this forum is filled with serious minded pple, if you are a serious buyer then call and come and inpect the property yourself, not asking rhetorical questions, i have a very good profile on nairaland, i cant count the number of nairalanders that have done business with me, i cant compromise for anything, so pls always be carefull in placing words, for the benefit of other nairalanders, the place is not waterlogged, but the challenge is the road>>>during the rainy season, but now i can drive my low car there, give me a call for more info, thanks
