Airline Services EPZE renders in-flight catering services to many of the world's leading airlines. As a result of rapid expansion, it seeks to employ a PROCUREMENT MANAGER who will be responsible for the following functions:

JOB Details
Plan, organise and co-ordinate all purchasing functions as directed by the Production Manager to support production/work activities

* Plan all purchasing activities
* Prepare and control the departmental budget
* Check and authorize all purchasing order advise (POA's), cash purchase, LPOs, invoice payments and other documents related to procurement

* Negotiate prices of packaging materials, capital equipment, etc with suppliers and maintain regular liaison with them
* Receive information from overseas suppliers on arrival dates of ordered materials and inform relevant departments promptly
* Formulate and enforce purchasing policies and procedures

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
First degree/ Higher National Diploma in a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a reputable organisation
