You gat that right!

Stop eating puff puff and stay away from heavy make up and the sun! Drink lots of water but not to the point of toxicity! 6-8 glasses daily.

rubbing alcohol cant be that bad surely

plus I use Noxxema or Clean and Clear

@poster, u cld try using mary kay cleansers. they are alchohol-free

pond cold cream not sure u can get it in naija,cos i buy when am in england anyway look for it it will add moisture take off all make up
your face will fill oily and your pillow will get dirty but it is only overnight,by morning you will look so supple and healty and it controls the oil too.

rubbing alchohol is too harsh
the alchohol is so strong i get high just by rubbing it

its so intoxicating
