Put the following in your .httaccess file

RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^([0-9A-Za-z]+)/?$ /selltore.php?user_id=$1 [L]
</IfModule>

This will make
http://www.wpnhy.com/selltore.php?user_id=29
and
http://www.wpnhy.com/29
point to same location.

If it doesnt work, fix my code.

its says server error when if i remove it to from .htcess file everyting comes back to normal

It is possible that you need to turn on the apache rewrite engine on your server, especially if you are working on localhost.

It is one of the many causes of internal server error.
