Please help o! my bank FBN debited me on Monday and when i asked the person in charge of the TB, he said their was an opening as if it just pops out like that, also the interest was not paid and when i asked him, he claimed that upfront interest happens only when you want to roll-over, finally, Oga where is my cert and he said i will get it next week cos they are yet to bid. So where is my money and why debit me before the bidding.
P.S. I made sure i avoided the invest with interest option so as a first timer, I am confused.

U are fine, your money is with the custodian and will be used for bidding on the d day. If successful, u get interest but if bid fails you get your money back in your account the following day.

Aside TBills, what other investment instruments are reliable and secured with a fairly good ROI?

Also, what are the current bank rates on Fixed deposits?

Very unlike Stambic, my matured NTB-the very first transaction for this year 2018 has dropped into my account as 13:37pm.
Stambic used to credit accounts on or before 12noon.

Has anyone been credited today?
