I will like to ask the house if it's possible to opt out of Tbill, when the maturity date has not elapsed .

Yes it is possible to do so.
You may however forfeit part of your profit.

Please what can you say about your experience with the i.Invest apps.
Are there any hidden charges?
Do you think their rates are okay as compared to other banks?
What do you think about the fact that your interest isn't paid up front.

Bad your interest isn't paid upfront but you can take out your capital anyday you wish.

their new thing, no more notifications. good thing you kept tabs on your maturity day. Just check your balance by tomorrow. my cash was idle in my account for weeks while I was waiting for the usual notification. lesson learned

If you need the money tomorrow please make sure you contact them today to drop it. If it is primary market and you don't contact them they may roll it over. Terminating afterwards before maturity may cost you something...

Interesting. Can't recall NTBs under subscribed in recent times.

I guess investors are beginning to look to elsewhere. Rates have really not been encouraging past few months.

Come Ooh, what happened to the 0.01% in the 364 days tenure, CBN better put it back.
When am spiritually imagining 12% for 364 .

Ordinarily, rates should have gone back to the 12-13% range by now.

It appears CBN&DMO really want it at sub 12% for now.

CBN have been selling OMOs at the 12-12.5% region though-for tenors above 200 days

Bonds were sold at 13.8% at the last auction in June.

Dangote Cement, Nigerian breweries, Coronation Merchant bank have all recently issued commercial papers at rates that beat T-bills.

This new woman at the DMO means business with lowering borrowing cost for the government.

Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by Nnamz(m): 6:31pm On Jul 19, 2018
No offence. When I first took interest in Treasury bill, I read like the first 30 threads of this page, then skipped to like the last 15 threads. And it was very informative. What's more, it was also interesting so it's not like reading for an exam lol. So I didn't mean to call you lazy.
