I am freaking out right now and dont know how to react. My study permit expired like 2 weeks ago and i didnt know until 1 week ago so i applied sharp sharp. I am schooling in a College in British Columbia. On the CIC site, it says that i am out of status and have 90 days grace period. Will i get my study permit back because it will bring shame to my parents if i dont.I am the only child. I called immigration and they said it will take 15 days to process but there is no guarantee i will get it back. The question i have for this forum is that, will i get it back and do you know of anyone that has being in a similar situation. |
