After yesterday match, i was sure d owner is done with AVB. the problem is not d coach but Abrahamovic . the chelsea owner sack Jose becos of pride, now he stand to regret it. Spend d money, after all u have it.

For those that do not follow Chelsea, AVB's fate was sealed 2 weeks ago when he went to Napoli and refused to start Lampard, Cole and Essien. Why, you may ask. Because they complained about the way things were going at the club.

Later, he was forced to bring in Cole when Bosingwa got injured and Lampard and Essien when Chelsea were down 3 - 0. But by then it was too late.

He gets very upset at every little thing and his immaturity did him in. You cannot keep picking fights with your players and expect them to perform for you.

AVB was brought in on a three year contract and handed a decaying, ageing team to shepherd. A team filled with spoilt divas and an over meddlesome owner.

Why wasn't he given time to build his own team? He's obviously a decent coach as his work with Porto attests.

It's a shame sha. If United was this classless Fergie would have been fired in his first season.

sacking avb is not the problem at chelsea. chelsea as a team has lost purpose and vision, many players need to go. the coach can say something in the dug out only for the player to get in and play something different. i think football needs to move past the era of the coach taking the fall for poor performance.

People keep saying Chelsea needs to bring in new players to replace the aging ones. Remember, in the past year, Chelsea has brought in the following new players:

1. Torres
2. Mata
3. Ramires
4. Meireless
5. Luiz
6. Cahill
7. Lukaku
8. Sturridge (recalled from loan to Bolton)
9. Romeu (upgraded to first team player)

How many more new players do you want? So definitely, bringing in new players is not the problem. The problem must lie with the coach and his tactic.

So Villa boas is gone? What about lampard, Drogba, Malouda still doing? These people are the real problem, not Villa boas.

These players sabotaged Boas. They flat tires. Chelsea needs to invest on good players. Loan these fat guys out.

thank u for ths, i tel people that these fours and the problem of chelsea and wtout dealing wt them the problem wl stl persist. They are the real manager of chelsea and players like torres and other good players in the team wl continue to loose focus bcus they where blinded by these guys.
I pray for any good striker who wl ever dream of playing for chelsea in these current situation.

U r right! No coach can withstand this Cabal. Chelsea should sack these people, else no show. They will continue pulling chelsea down.

Well, you cannot replace the cabal of Drogba, Lampard and Cole with nothing. Torres has been given numerous opportunities to replace Drogba but have failed miserably. Ramirez was brought in specifically to replace Lampard. He too has not been consistent. For now, Chelsea does not have anybody to replace Cole.

So in the absence of reliable replacements, you have to stick with the so called "cabal".
