Pls gurus my compaq laptop refused to power up again. This happened because it was forced to power off wen it was tryin to restart. Pls i need help. |

What is exactly the problem.is the laptop refusing to power on or it comes up but do not boot up to desktop.did you install any new software or updates before it was restarted. |

The problem is that it no longer power up again, as in it refused to on. This happened when i was accessing the systems setup during d process of re-starting, i forced shut down hence it havent been able to power up since then. |
