Wapulec Ltd is a model of the Finnish-Russian cooperation. Wapulec developed by the electrical discharge method of applying water purification system that is cost-effective alternative to ozonation, WAPULEC is a new technology for water treatment. It provides oxidation of pollutants with active oxidant species (hydroxyl radical, atomic oxygen, ozone) produced by pulsed corona discharge directly on the surface of treated water in air or oxygen atmosphere.
