70k wont fly sir.
The function of the chip is just to bypass d phone carrier lock. Once unlocked with d chip, u can use d phone to make/receive call,browse and do what d factory unlocked fone will do. D advantage is dat u av saved about 30k from buying a factory unlocked fone.
The disadvantage is dat u can't upgrade anyhow. Once d chip works on ur current version, u av to stay where u are until its confirmed dat d chip can still unlock 5.1. I use a factory unlocked iphone4 and i'm still on 5.0.1. I dont really upgrade if theres really no need.
If u have not used an iphone 4 with chip before, it might be a lil bit hard initially to use this. I suggest u just go for an unlocked version if u are not familiar with how d chip works.
With 70k, i will give u a neat uk used factory unlocked iphone4.
