Distributorship Business In Nigeria by oada: 11:24am On Mar 20, 2012
Hello all,

I want to start a distributorship business and was wondering if i could get leads here. Would Dano products i.e Dano milk, cornflakes be a profitable venture, i.e will distributing these products be profitable? or which would be profitable?

I need honest opinions.

Thanks

When considering a distributorship, you should keep certain things in mind.

1. Are the products consumable?
If the products are consumable...that means you can have repeat business.
This is a good thing...especially when you factor in marketing costs.

2. What does it take to get started?
This is important. Most consumables have relatively low profit margins.
But if the start up costs are high then it will take you a long time to recoup
your investment.

3. What kind of support is provided?
Do you have access to credit?

A distributorship that I generally recommend for people is the one currently
offered by Stova BV International. You can get the details on their
sight at www.stovabv.com.ng
