I am Prince Joe, am actually new here; sometime ago I read on Nairaland interesting stuff regarding crude oil trading, which aroused my interest. Please I need brief guides on how to facilitate offshore deals; For instance, lets say my buyer is a Russian, and my seller is a USA national, while i reside in Nigeria.
