my brother we need to come together. One major challenge the youth is having today is employment after graduation. It is a very challenging moment. Some people will tell u to submit Cvs at the end they give you one product or the other to carry about on the street. The worst part is that you are not paid a basic salary but commission base on sales. I look at it as taking undue advantage of graduates. I felt the need for graduate to network and encourage each other.

nice thread poster. Marketin marketin marketin! Evry were u go its only marketin jobs u see and its really annoying! I didnt pass thru four yrs in d university to be a marketer! And doubly annoyin is wen u hear that its based on commision. . . . .my advise to us youths is that we should consider business rather than stay idle all in d name of lookin for a job. Am abt to start recharge card printing and sales! After that is established i would start of somethin else.....NO TIME!!!!

all these job vacancies where employers are looking for graduate with 5 years experience and not more than a certain age baffles me. When unemployment has been existing since I wonder where the years of experience is to come from. I strongly agree that business is the way to go,to get established in this country that let her youths down and impoverished. Guys get engaged building your own business no matter how small.
