1. MARKETING/BRAND MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
MBA MARKETING, 2-3 YEARS EXP IN SIMILAR POSITION
GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF BRAND MANAGEMENT, ABILITY TO MAKE GOOD POWERPOINT PRESENTATION
LOCATION:LAGOS


2. REGIONAL MANAGER (PORTHARCOURT): The candidate must combine all the attributes of the sales Executives below, in addition to managerial skills and at least 8 years experience in similar role and industry. Must be able to drive sales and coordinate activites of other sales people other states of the region.


2. SALES EXECUTIVES (PORTHARCOURT)


Job location: PORTHARCOUT,
Key Responsibilities and Accountability of Duties:
1. Create Demand

· Generate demand for all the products /services of the organization.

· Identify and harness opportunity suitable for company’s product/services.

· Balance sales pipeline with prospect at all stages of marketing cycle.

· Effective use of win/loss reviews to improve your win ration in your accounts.

· Grow existing business and develop new business in Ghana.

2. Manage Client Relationship

· Build strong value-based relationships at all levels and across all relevant. department/divisions of the client’s organization.

· Develop account plans for all key clients.


3. • Skilled in formulation of new products, enhancement of existing products, business strategy,

• Interacting with corporate houses wherever necessary in order to close a deal.

• Moving the sale through the entire sales process ending after the transition to an Account Manager. This includes taking an active role in the RFP process.

• Forecasting on regular basis, (monthly , quarterly review towards the executive team)Qualify business opportunities thoroughly and manage the pipeline

• Together with the product management/ Business Heads, he will work out business cases (projections of income)

• Succeeded in building and maintaining relationships with top, mid management, decision makers, third party partners and external agencies through value-based selling, meeting volumes &profitability targets with excellent level of retention.

• Developing & implementing competitive strategies for generating project sales, developing & expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets.

• Identifying and networking with prospective clients from various sectors, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.

Understanding of industry trends that directly relate to our business strategies and client base.

Achieve revenue targets in areas of IT infrastructure solutions in targeted business verticals


Attributes & Skills:
· Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.

· Must be self confident and aggressive in meeting targets.

· Must be result oriented.

· Possess strong analytical, negotiation and leadership skills.

· Must possess excellent persuasive and negotiating skills.

· Must be conversant with current developments in IT.

· Must have good competence in research, data analysis and reporting.

· Ability to quickly adapt to changing technology.

Qualifications and Experience:

· BSC. In Computer Science/Engineering/Business Administration/Marketing or any related field.

· Must have a minimum of 4 years cognate experience in a similar position and industry.

· Must have previous experience in hardware and software solutions sale.
