Both types can charge your laptop but the only difference is that one is stronger than the other.

Sorry am not ignoring you i can't upload that pix now but all i can say is that it has 19.5v, 8amp written on it and it is bigger than the normal charger.
You can not get the exact 7.7amp in the market, the 8amps will do a better job.
