This topic was inspired by what i see or hear in Nigeria. My uncle has been quarreling with his wife for over 5 years now. The lady packed and left for Dublin, she lives there ever since. Now the man wants to marry a second wife and the news from the ladies' quarters is that they wedded, therefore, he cant remarry. She ruled divorce out too since the man is very rich. I also read here where people shout 'for better for worse' 'in life or death' etc... My question is: Are we really tied down by wedding here ? |

Yes we are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!as in court marraige, option for divorce is present. Traditionally, you can marry as many as you can care for and option for divorce is also present. Church wedding, oh yes!!!!!!!!one-man- one wife. and till death do them part. That one gan sef no option for divorce. |
