Whats your stance on eating breakfast before brushing,
my hubby doesnt see anything wrong in it.
I might stop kissing him.

Does anyone else in the house feels same way or is it just me?

Don't seee anything wrong in it but he should brush after breakfast. If he brushes his teeth b4 brkfast, like we all do, some debris are bound to accumulate there after d meal till next tym he rinses his mouth or sumfin. But if he brushes after d meal, all d debris from b4 n after d meal r taken care of. Don't be too hard on him. U know we men are lyk babies

Don't know if its right or wrong but i brush before or after depending on the side of bed i wake from.Days that i make BF,i brush before stepping into the kitchen,days that i get BF in bed courtesy of oga,i brush after BF.No biggie really,as long as u brush at night.

Yes, it is. Plaque builds up on your teeth when you sleep. Brushing in the morning is important, same with brushing + flossing before you go to bed at night.

i brush ma teeth 2 or 3 times a week cos i don't see the reason why i should keep wasting my hard earned money on toothpastes. U can try my method and save more toothpastes. U go get small mouth odour sha ooo

The reason being that, the bacteria or plaques that build up overnight though not harmful to your mouth but are harmful when they get into your stomach.

dont forget to floss also because even if you brush you will still have food stuck in between your teeth that can cause problems like mouth odor and even cancer

Not true! The only harmful bacteria in your mouth are Streptococcus mutans and that's because it causes tooth decay! It matters very little when you brush your teeth! I would actually say that you're better off brushing at night if not for the mouth odor in the morning.

Well, if u r a regular night brusher, no problem, but if not, then u just got to brush ur teeth well well, especially at this time when "boys r not smiling!!!!"

i usually use Listerine before i go to bed, and if I'm in d mood i floss (aka tooth pick.. then after i wake i brush after breakfast. i feel in nigeria, we over value brushing joh. Imagine smone using a 'smokers hard' brush.. deerm!!!

I think its necessary 2 brush b4 breakfast bt is nt a must.
