1. Operating principle
The spraying / baking booth is consisted of spraying / baking room and produce machine of hot wind.
When normal spraying, two main fans inhale fresh air from intake window (1), pass the first filter net (2) big dust will be disposed off then they will be send into the gas room which is at the top of spraying/baking booth. After going through the ceiling filter, the air will flow downward from the top, (3) then go through the basement from the basement and floor (4) to drain out. The spraying/baking booth has been keeping positive pressure to stop outside dust coming in.


When it is baking, the automatic burner will be ignited and the temperature rises. The cool air which is inhaled by two main fans will go through heat exchanger and cool air turns hot. At same time, electric damper working; some of hot air enters baking room, the other goes through heat exchanger again. In this way, temperature has been rising all the time. When the temperature in baking room reaches at the setting temperature, it will automatically preserve this temperature.
