Is it really a form or a scratch card for the registration like oau. Someone should answer pls. If its a form, how can one get the scratch card.

Emma_esty: You can check the guardian, may 15 2012. The form is N1000 and you can get it at designated banks. It starts on June 4 and ends on June 8. BEST OF LUCK

I went to d school today, some bank are already selling, but skye banks has not started selling theirs. I tried other branch but they don't have it yet. Pls does anybody ve any idea which particular skye bank have the scratch card.

most of the banks don't have the card.it doesn't matter you can buy the form at uba inside lasu.before you would buy the form you need your name, jamb registration number,course and singnature.the site putme.lasu.edu.ng select post-utme not direct entry.if you need the form call me on 0802055893.i would sell the form at 1,500 to you.
