go to http://oouagoiwoye-ng.com click on oou student and staff, login with ur jamb reg no and test as password, then u change d password later, fill al forms and upload ur passport den u kan print anything printable!

to my understanding and my experience as ex-osuites,u can't.... It has to be same surnames,jst like AB used to say,u can used ur enemy tax clearance if u bear same surname and it is paid to Ogun state.
