If you are fairly sure that the bumps are the result of the cream rather than a change in diet or laundry products then discontinue use. The best route would be to evaluate your skin care needs: moisture? wrinkle reduction? stretch mark reduction? achieving an even skin tone? Then find products that have those results with minimal chemicals. The lighter the better, because heavy products clog pores and cause break outs. Increasing water intake will also help to clear up bumps and decrease the need for creams.
