The PIN code for P.G. application forms can be obtained on the payment of the sum of seven thousand naira (#8000.00) at the branches of any of the following banks:
• Diamond Bank
• Fidelity Bank
• First Bank
• Intercontinental Bank
• UBA
• Spring Bank
• Zenith Bank

The Candidates shall thereafter proceed to any Cybercafé of their choice for the completion and online submission of their application forms.

Print a copy of the completed application forms.

Download and print the transcript form. The transcript form should be sent to the candidate’s institution for his/her transcript

Copy of the application form, 3 completed referee report forms, and photocopies of qualifying certificates including O’level certificate should be forwarded to the

Secretary, School of Postgraduate Studies, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka not later than 30th September, 2011.

Applicants should ensure that their transcripts are received at the school not later than 30th September, 2011.
