You're right about that. I've learnt not to waste time when opportunity presents itself now. I'll find a way to break into Gbagada soon, just don't know how yet. But I have good friends & old neighbors inside that phase 1/2 estate, maybe they can make something happen for me. I don't need much space, just tiny shop branches for Pinkequity, not looking for a home site so maybe I'll find something.

That's so true, developments spreads rather fast in Lagos. At the moment, something along the road, or not hidden, that is in full glare of the public will do.
